Well, we did the Forgiveness series with a huge banner out front and 10K cards sent out to the community. Wow, did it ever stir things up. We got alot of calls about how rude and insensitive we were to the community. The response for those who listened was quite different...wow, again! This time for transformation. We got emails, tears, calls, and on the final sunday, I had an unplanned moment - we had the park bench up on the speaking stage and at the end we had these 3x5 cards that we had handed out with just the series title printed on them. At the end, I laid out my Bible to Colossians 3, took the leash and laid it across the seat and the Bible and then spontaneously asked people to write the names of the people living on their bench on the card, come up and leave it on the bench as an act of faith in desiring to unleash unforgiveness in their life and these relationships gone bad. It was one of those "moments" and there were so many folded cards that they piled up. I just wanted to let you guys know....plus, we did attribute everything to Ed and the team there. Just before that we did KID, CEO too...impact there as well.
