What to Order

Welcome aboard the only hotel and resort in orbit around the earth! The Starlight Station staff will do their best to make your visit here out of this world. During your stay, you'll join Sprocket McCracken, the Director of Starlight Station, as he learns many ways to be a servant leader. You will also be a part of our daily briefings which will walk you through the life of Joseph. Strap in and hold on for an out-of-this-world experience at Starlight Station.

Series Lessons

Lesson 1

  • Lesson Goal: The children will learn that to be servant leaders we should do our best to think before we speak.
  • Main Point: Servant Leaders Are Careful About What They Say!
  • Bible Story: Joseph's dreams (Genesis 37:1-11).
  • Memory Verse: Proverbs 13:3
    "Those who control their tongue will have a long life; opening your mouth can ruin everything." (NLT)

Lesson 2

  • Lesson Goal: The children will learn that instead of being jealous, we should be anxious to help others succeed.
  • Main Point: Servant Leaders Want Others To Succeed!
  • Bible Story: Joseph's brothers sell him into slavery (Genesis 37:12-36).
  • Memory Verse: Proverbs 14:30
    "A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body; jealousy is like cancer in the bones." (NLT)

Lesson 3

  • Lesson Goal: The children will learn that God wants us to help our friends by protecting them from making bad choices.
  • Main Point: Servant Leaders Protect Others!
  • Bible Story: Joseph and Potipher's Wife (Genesis 39:1-23).
  • Memory Verse: Proverbs 12:26
    "The godly give good advice to their friends, the wicked lead them astray." (NLT)

Lesson 4

  • Lesson Goal: The children will learn that they should use whatever gifts God has given them to serve others.
  • Main Point: Servant Leaders Use Their Gifts To Help Others!
  • Bible Story: Joseph Interprets the Dream of the baker, cup bearer and Pharaoh (Genesis 40-41:44).
  • Memory Verse: 1 Corinthians 12:7
    "A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other." (NLT)

Lesson 5

  • Lesson Goal: The children will learn that we need to always do our best and work hard when we help others
  • Main Point: Servant Leaders Work Hard To Help Others!
  • Bible Story: Joseph is in charge of the house, the prison and all of Egypt (Genesis 39:2-6; 21-23; 41:37-57).
  • Memory Verse: Ecclesiastes 9:10a
    "Whatever you do, do well." (NLT)

Lesson 6

  • Lesson Goal: The children will learn that it is important that other can rely on us to do what we say we will do.
  • Main Point: Servant Leaders Are Reliable!
  • Bible Story: Judah takes responsibility for Benjamin (Genesis 44:1-34).
  • Memory Verse: 1 Samuel 20:23
    "And may the Lord make us keep our promises to each other, for he has witnessed them." (NLT)

Lesson 7

  • Lesson Goal: The children will learn that as servant leaders we should always be willing to forgive other people even if they hurt our feelings, let us down and sometimes make us mad.
  • Main Point: Servant Leaders Forgive Others!
  • Bible Story: Joseph reaveals his identity to his brothers (Genesis 45:1-15).
  • Memory Verse: Proverbs 17:9
    "Love prospers when a fault is forgiven, but dwelling on it separates close friends." (NLT)

Lesson 8

  • Lesson Goal: The children will learn that they should look for ways to help others, before anyone asks them to.
  • Main Point: Servant Leaders Help Others In Need!
  • Bible Story: Jacob moves to Egypt (Genesis 45:16-47:12).
  • Memory Verse: Proverbs 3:27
    "Do not withhold good from those who deserve it when it's in your power to help them." (NLT)
