Who is Ed Young?

Ed Young is the founding and Senior Pastor of Fellowship Church. Started in 1990 in a small office complex, over 20,000 people now attend one of five campuses each weekend — four in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and one in Miami, Florida. Ed and his wife, Lisa, have been married for twenty-four years and have four children. Learn more about Ed.

How do I enter my church's tax exempt information?

When you checkout, check I'm Tax Exempt and enter your Tax ID Number.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Standard Shipping Option:

Greater than $1500 = $50.00

Orders for addresses within the U.S.* — Standard shipping orders are sent out within 48 hours and are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. You should receive your merchandise within 7-10 business days from the day we successfully process your order.

International Orders choosing Standard shipping will be sent via First Class Mail International. Please allow 14 – 21 business days to receive your order.

Bulk orders of books (20 or more) may require additional shipping time and/or additional charges.

Express Shipping Option:

Add an additional $19.95

Express Orders within the United States will be sent via FedEx Standard Overnight delivery. Any Express order placed before 2pm CST should be sent out the same business day. Express orders placed after 2pm CST or during the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Express delivery is not currently available for PO Boxes or bulk orders of more than 50 copies of any item. Bulk orders of books (20 or more) may require additional shipping time and/or additional charges.

International Orders using the Express shipping option and will be shipped via USPS Priority International and may take 6 - 14 business days to receive, depending on location.

*Please Note: APO, FPO, AE, CMR, or other military and Puerto Rico addresses will ship via USPS only. Please allow 30 – 45 days for these orders.

Refunds

What is your return policy?

Defective products may be returned for an exchange within 30 days. Please send the invoice number, product name, your name and a brief description of the problem to the following email address: info@creativepastors.com. Due to the nature of our products, only defective materials may be returned. Opened, non-defective or downloadable resources are not refundable.

How do I download a Message Transcript, Message MP3 or Drama Script?

Your order confirmation will include a link to any downloadable products you purchased. You can also access any current or previously purchased downloads by visiting My Downloads.

What is an MP3?

An mp3 file contains audio in a digital format. The file can be downloaded to an MP3 player or played directly on your computer.

What is Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that lets you view and print PDF files, such as message transcripts. Most likely, the software is already installed on your computer, but you can download it for free here.

How long is each message audio?

Each message is approximately 30 minutes in length.

What is a Print Kit?

Print Kits contain bulletin graphics files as well as message descriptions for each sermon included in a series, all in formats you can edit to fit your needs.

What is a Pastor's Kit?

Pastor's Kits are designed to support you as you craft your messages. With tools including transcripts, MP3s, message outlines, mind maps and worship maps/service outlines, these resources are useful for adding a new dimension to the topics you've sketched out, providing help with introductions and transitions or starting a series from scratch. All of the files are delivered to you on one convenient CD.

What is a Media Kit?

Media Kits contain professionally produced video and creative graphics for use with the message series, including: graphics files (such as background slides, suitable for use with your choice of presentation software) and all video pieces used during the service, such as message openers, video illustrations, drama performances and a countdown clock.

What is the MPEG version in your media kits?

MPEG-1 video is the most compatible format in the MPEG family; it is playable in almost all computers and VCD/DVD players and supports progressive scan video. MPEG-1 includes the popular Layer 3 (MP3) audio compression format.

What is a Bundle Kit?

Save 10% when you purchase all of the Kits for a series! Bundle Kits include the Pastor's Kit, Media Kit and Print Kit (where available). The Media Kit within the bundle is in MPEG format, when available. Be sure to put the Bundle Kit in your cart to receive the discount—individually purchased items will not be billed at the reduced price.

May I photocopy what I downloaded?

You may make photocopies as part of your personal or church usage; however the materials should not be transferred or shared.

Are there guidelines for how I use these resources?

These materials are intended solely for your personal or church usage and may not be transferred. All documents, concepts and images included as part of this package, as well as any resources created using this content, may not be redistributed, resold or otherwise used for profit-making purposes. Unauthorized broadcast or duplication is prohibited. The act of purchasing any materials indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.

Conferences

How do I add more individuals to the group I already registered for a conference?

The C3 Regional Conferences allows you to bring your entire team for one low group rate. In order to add more individuals to your group for a C3 Regional Conference , simply contact us via email and include your church name, the conference city, the name of each additional individual, and any breakout session selections that apply for each individual.  If you attempt to add additional individuals online, you will be responsible for additional registration fees.

The annual Creative Church Conference is priced per individual. If you've already registered and would like to bring additional people, simply register the new individuals online. You will be charged the standard individual rate for each person. Unfortunately, group discounts and early bird rates only apply at the time of the registration.

Can I get a refund for a conference after I have already registered?

Unfortunately, no. All registrations are final and no refunds or additional discounts are possible. If you have questions about the conference that may affect your attendance, please ask them before you register—we're here to help!
