What time does the conference start and end?
The conference is a 2 day event that begins at 9am on Thursday, February 21st and ends at 5pm on Friday, February 22nd.

*Bonus! New for C3 2008, we will have C3 Nights (worship services) open to the public. All conference attendees will be given complimentary priority seating to these rallies as part of your conference registration. The remaining seats will be open to the public on a first come first serve basis. The C3 Nights are at 7pm on Thursday, February 21st and at 7 pm Friday, February 22nd.

How do I get to the conference?
The conference is at our main campus in Grapevine. We are approximately 5 minutes north of the DFW airport off Hwy 121 north and 30 minutes from Dallas Lovefield Airport. Click here for directions.

When and where do I check in for the leadership conference?
Check in for the conference will open at 8 am Thursday, February 21st at the Grapevine Campus. Our Guest check-in area will be clearly marked upon your arrival at the main gate Thursday morning.

Can I check in/come early for the conference to tour the campus?
In order to prepare for your arrival, no one will be allowed to check in early or tour the campus before Thursday, February 21st at 8am. You will have plenty of time to tour the campus during your 2 day stay with us!

Will there be parking available on-site?
We will have plenty of parking available on site at the Fellowship Church campus.

What is the temperature going to be like?
The average February temperature in Dallas is 53 degrees. However, the temperature can range from 30-70 degrees, so we encourage you to check the local weather before you arrive.

May I attend only 1 day of the conference?
Yes, but you will still be required to pay the full conference price.

What other local attractions are available in the area?
Grapevine Mills Outlet mall and Bass Pro Shop are located directly across from Fellowship Church (approximately 5 minutes). The mall includes a movie theater, a variety of restaurants including a food court, outlet shopping and Gameworks.

Historic downtown Grapevine is 10 minutes from Fellowship Church and offers a variety of specialty shops and restaurants.

Downtown Ft.Worth and Downtown Dallas are both approximately 30 minutes from Fellowship Church.

Maps and directions to all of the locations above along with local restaurant menus will be available to you throughout the conference at our Creative Concierge (C4) desks.

Will there be food for purchase at Fellowship Church?
Your lunch on Thursday is included in your conference registration. There will be remote cafés located throughout the campus that will have light snacks, pastries, cookies and plenty of caffeinated and non-caffeinated beverages available for purchase.

Will resources be available for purchase at the conference?
The Source bookstores will be open throughout the conference and will have conference materials and many other resources available for you and your team.

What is the dress code for the conference?
Conference attire is casual; you may want to bring a sweater as the temperature in the worship center is cool.

Do you have wireless internet available?
Yes, we will have free Wi-Fi access available to you throughout the Fellowship Church campus.

Can I switch registration names?
You can do this on the day of the conference at Registration Solutions.

If I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?
Refunds are not available; however, you may transfer your registration to one of our other conferences in 2008. To transfer, contact renee.wilson@fellowshipchurch.com.

Are there scholarships available for the conference?
We have worked this year to keep the overall conference price down in order to make it accessible to more people; therefore, we are not offering any scholarships.

How do I get the group rate for the conference?
The group rate is for groups of 5 or more. All registrations must be received at the same time in order to qualify for the group rate.

Have you negotiated any special travel rates?

Does the conference provide childcare?
While families are important to us, our conferences are adult training events. Children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions and childcare is not available.
