Breakout Descriptions

Worship/Media - We invite you to an up-close dose of how the Fellowship Church Worship/Media Department strives to achieve cultural relevancy and create an atmosphere for individuals to encounter God through a diverse mix of mediums in the weekend services. Connect with the people, ideas, and trends that are shaping our worship culture here at Fellowship Church. Don't miss this gathering of creative leaders from across the nation.

Volunteer Assimilation - You've got them in the house, now how do you get them involved? Learn what "assimilation begins in the parking lot" really means. You will hear key steps about leading people into volunteer positions that will not only help your church flourish, but the individual as well. It's what serving is all about.

Student Ministry - The student ministry is the next generation of the church. To lead this group into becoming full court players for Christ is a big responsibility. Especially when it seems you are competing with so many outside influences. Learn how Fellowship Church Student Ministry manages to break through "the noise" to reach a metroplex full of youth.

Small Groups - Small Groups are the heartbeat of Fellowship Church. It is Fellowship's vision in action - reaching up, reaching out, and reaching in. Learn more about this vision and the impact that small groups can have on growing a church.

Conflict Resolution - Keepin' it in "The House." Conflict happens, but splits, rifts and public lawsuits don't have to. Strengthen your foundation by understanding and implementing faith-based mediation and arbitration tools that foster a Matthew 18 culture of conciliation. We'll test your conflict IQ and show you key areas in your ministry where you can immediately "step it up" to prevent and manage conflict. Specific areas include employee and volunteer issues, contracts and issues with vendors, and marriage and family issues.
