I bought this book at my husbands request (for him). I do believe it has changed his outlook and made him realize that he needs to be the creative leader God called him to be, and not allow others to dictate who he is. I purchased this book last week and he has already read it twice through (and he doesn't like reading very much). He is excited about the church again. I think that the illustrations let him know that he is not alone. Thanks for an excellent book Ed.
